Well hello there! (to anyone reading anyway lol ) I woke up today to discover I was nominated for a very cool award called the Liebster Award. I was nominated by allthingstashia How awesome is that! What is the Liebster Award? well first off it means beloved (I think) This award is given to new bloggers, that have less than 200 followers, but have pretty darn cool blogs.

Do you prefer lipstick or lip gloss? Well I prefer lipstick, I love the creamy feel of a good lipstick because a lot of lip gloss is really tacky and sticky and well I don't like that feeling.
What’s the biggest beauty splurge you ever made? I have to say my biggest beauty splurge was a purchase of two Chanel nail polishes. Considering what the items are and the price tag. Yes this was huge for me.
What’s your best beauty tip? never sleep with your makeup on. Get that stuff off!
What’s one beauty purchase you regret? well so far it's my urban decay vice 2 palette, I mean I love it but it just doesn't blend well for me. I kind of want to sell it.
What’s your favorite fashion accessory? I have to say it is a necklace my best girl friend Denise got me. She gave it to me for my birthday last year but I wear that thing everyday. It is so me, it has a pearl and my initial. I love that thing!
Do you wear only one type of mascara at a time or do you layer multiple ones? I only wear one at a time but I do switch them out. I'm always on the hunt for my holy grail but so far I think it is my Mary Kay Ultimate mascara.
What is your favorite beauty/fashion magazine? Nylon I don't always buy it but when I do I read front to back.
What is one beauty item that is under hyped in the beauty community? I think it is the Fergie wet n wild eye primer. As long as they keep making that I will never have to buy a high end one ever again. I'm in love with that primer but it does not include the shimmer one. I don't dig that one as much.
If you could only buy one beauty brand for the rest of your life, which company would you choose? Origins. Hands down!
What is your Holy Grail eye shadow palette? right now it is my Too Faced palette called a few of my favorite things. My husband bought this for me for christmas and I love it.
